Don't let anyone tell you that you can't lose weight,i can diet,slim down and lost weight.(found this on 1 website)
if anyone dare to say i cannot lose weight or what i promise i am going to kill that person .{;

These are some healthy ways to lose unwanted pounds. (dont know real anot)

Eat small meals ( ideally 6 meals in btw 2/3 hours). Avoid pastry, breads, oily food and overly-processed sugar. Based on studies, you need vitamin B, Meats (try minced chicken in NTUC ), magnesium, zinc, chromium, omega-fat (fish) to help burn fat. Drink cold water (8/10 cups a day) can actually help to burn fat but don't drink too much. Protein and complex carbo burns the most, even with fat try food with saturated fat. Don't ever starve!! You need calories to function your body. (normally 2000 for most people)

Exercise 4/5 times a week.(If you gym)ALternate intensity and make sure no cardio workout should be the same in two weeks. Must do weight-training too as you need muscle to burn fat. Muscle burns fat 24 hours, even while you are resting. You need protein to repair muscle. Try whey protein, can last for three/four months.
